Capability, Culture and Skills Coaching involves me working with you and your organisation to build a coaching culture through skills training for leaders and building the coaching proficiency of qualified internal coaches to drive transformation in performance from within.

As a Coaching Capability Consultant, I am available to offer support to all businesses that require a programme of activities to raise the capability and team performance of their leaders and line managers. I’ve spent many years deploying training for sales personnel at Unilever Plc, and as an accomplished facilitator, I am confident I have a solution for you.

My specialism is developing core coaching skills for line managers as I am aware of the resilience required in industry today. In addition, I’ve designed capability programmes relevant to the fundamentals of an individual's job, taking into account how to apply coaching skills to processes that are needed to deal with the challenges of the role. We’ll work together to assess and improve your coaching skills proficiency, build accredited internal coaches and drive a long-term coaching culture.
The Process

The work starts with a scoping meeting with you to understand the organisation’s context, strengths, and challenges.

From your brief, we will agree on the scope of work and contract the project, and I’ll work with you to drive a successful outcome.

Who am I?
I’m an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. I work with team leaders and teams using my own team high-performance model and tools to create a shift in team dynamics.

I have a background at corporate multinational Unilever PLC, where I was one of the first coaches to deliver Unilever’s award-winning ‘Purpose in Leadership’ programme, credited with supporting the company's drive to Net Zero.
