Development Services for Coaches - Business Mentoring
Every coaching practice is different, so it’s essential to plan, explore and focus on your business objectives and unique coaching offering before you start to drive your business forward. As a business mentor, I have the coaching experience to offer you independent guidance and support to enable you to grow your coaching practice.
I mentor individuals on a 1-1 basis to understand what may be needed to set up or develop your coaching practice, and we’ll focus on your unique purpose for your coaching business. Throughout our sessions, I’ll encourage you to help you grow your ideas and confidence.

I also run group sessions where we work together to help you transition to running and driving a coaching business that is unique, authentic, safe and satisfying for you and your clients.
The Process
​
During a free telephone consultation, we’ll discuss you and your coaching background and business needs to create a business mentoring programme which will meet your coaching practice needs and timescales.
​
Sessions of 1 hour are via Zoom (or your preferred virtual platform), and at the end of our agreed time, you will have formulated a plan of action to drive your coaching business forwards.

My aim for business mentoring is to offer you a place of collaboration, openness, learning, empathy and sharing without judgement to co-create ideas and solutions for your coaching practice.

Who am I?
​
I’m an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. I completed my Supervision training in 2020 and received a Supervision Diploma to acknowledge my work in both individual and group supervision of coaches. I’ve also worked with supervision clients ranging from newly qualified coaches to my peers at advanced coaching levels. In this work, I hear the needs of coaches and have developed a suite of business mentoring resources to help those requiring more support for the business that houses their coaching.

I have a background at corporate multinational Unilever PLC, where I was one of the first coaches to deliver Unilever’s award-winning ‘Purpose in Leadership’ programme, credited with supporting the company's drive to Net Zero.
